Today, Andrew is passionate about helping entrepreneurs avoid the trap of endless hustle by focusing on holistic success. Through TruVantage, he teaches investors and business owners how to build wealth, create meaningful experiences, develop strong relationships, and align their businesses with the life they truly want to live. His mission is simple: help good people win financially while enjoying the journey along the way.

Hello and welcome to this week’s episode of that Real Estate Tech Guy. I’m your host, Jordan Samuel Fleming, chairman of smrtPhone. This week I’ve got Andy swag from, TrueCar. And he’s a great guy. Really interesting story. And, and we start out this episode with a, I’m not going to say a downing moment, a downer moment, because it’s an incredibly positive one.

But we start out with a story about how he lost $3 million. And, that’s always a good start. Right. But but the perspective Andrew brings in the perspective TrueCar brings, to their community and trying to, be intentional about what you want in life. I think it’s a really timely message. I was really excited to get Andrew, and because of that, I’d seen Leland and Andrew’s work.

We do share a mastermind together this way. Although I don’t know him very well, we got to know each other a lot more on this podcast. And I think their message is so timely right now because so many people are hustling with that happiness. And, Andrew and and Leo and the true team are, are really pulling that back and saying, you know, the, the life, the your overall life matters.

And it’s not enjoyment in that. Life mustn’t ever be deferred. And I think so many entrepreneurs, people who are in real estate particularly, but but even not, in real estate, you know, people who are, are obsessed with sort of the hustle. The hustle is fine. And as you know, people always say, you know, hustle is a season, not a not not a, a lifestyle.

And that’s very true. But too many people get into the lifestyle part of the hustle. And this episode really dives into that. And dissects it with Andrew’s amazing background, really interesting background, his story, the way he sort of changed his perspective. I think you get a really like this one, so I’ll shut up now. Go visit Andrew at TrueCar.

And, let’s head over to our conversation.

And I’m live with my friend Andrew Schlag from TrueCar. Andrew, welcome to the podcast. Give everybody a sense of who you are. Jordan. First man, thanks for having me. Great to be with you. I know, I know, we’ve been trying to make this happen now for quite some time. So it’s happening. But my name is Andrew Schlag. And again, man, just thanks for having me.

I am in the studio right now in California and the second home in Southern California. My main home is in Louisville, Kentucky, and, 62nd. Synopsis. It’s 12 years ago. Started buying houses, bought a bunch of houses, made a bunch of mistakes, lost a few million bucks, and, then God had a great comeback. And now, over the last five years, not only been building wealth and showing others how to build wealth, but, getting to hang out with a lot of cool people traveling the world, basically, really focused on, you know, something I found in a low place was a lot of real estate investors who get caught up in the dealmaking side and don’t get to enjoy their life so much. And that was me. And so really, in our both real estate investing side of business and in hosting events and doing cool stuff across the country, we just do our best to be able to have fun every day, you know? And, be able to help others have fun.

And of course, it takes money to give back. It takes money to feel your purpose. And so obviously, a big portion of what I talk about and do is talking about building wealth. Absolutely. Well, I first of all, like modern technology, modern technology, given that you’re in southern California right now, I’m in Poland right now, and we’re speaking to each other, looking each other face to face.

I do every once in a while. It does remind me what a world has changed since when I was a kid. And just this ability to to talk directly to each other, is phenomenal. But I want to I want to start out with the losing a couple million dollars. Good. Because, I think that’s a really good like, there’s a perspective there that so many people don’t, you know, there’s, particularly in social media, if you if you look, if you scrolling through Instagram and you’ve got particularly in our sector in real estate, there’s so much of, of the flex and, you know, and, and the sort of selling the perfection of a lifestyle and which is nonsense. But, there are two parts to that. One is the is the that $3 million loss and how and and what perspective that gave you what what you know, maybe what changed in your perspective after that. And then also, you know, how how much of that influenced your viewpoint in terms of, you know, having the best life you can now?

Yeah. So, you know, starting out and by the way, Jordan, what, what you’ve done and what you’re doing with your community is just incredible. And and, my prayer would be the day that as we go through this podcast that I just get to maybe add a perspective for everyone, and that perspective is maybe not even anything new.

It’s just reminding you. And and so you’re listening to this, whether you’re a real estate investor or maybe you’re even in a different industry. I think this is speak to you because I’m, I’m, I’m a country boy and a preacher’s kid. I was raised in a town of of less than 400 people. I was doing construction. We would, you know, everything was word of mouth.

And so coming from that background, Bell Rive was a town of, like I said, less than 400 people. It was five miles south of that. So we had to drive to go into town. And so, being able to come from that background. No, just hard work. And so when I found real estate investing through some challenges in 2014, it was magical to me.

I’m like, oh my gosh, I can literally just add value to someone buy their house. My first deal was a wholesale deal, and then I started doing owner financing and creative financing. Before it was a cool thing to do and I started buying houses and I’m going, oh my gosh, like, I could literally put a transaction together, help the seller in the interim, make 30, 40, 50,000 bucks and help a buyer.

So it was it was like magic to me. I was like a kid on Christmas morning. I was excited and I start doing these deals and I was always living. And I think this will speak to some somebody on here. I was always living in the when I get here then I can there, you know, and it was always the thing like, I want to give to my church.

I want to give back to those around me. I want to serve. I done prison ministry for years. I done various youth ministries. And so I was always like, I want to serve more. But when I get to X, I can serve better. And so I lived in that for about seven years, 2020 I had 20 late 2019.

I bought hundreds of houses. I was focused on building wealth, but I was, you know, started at 21. I didn’t I didn’t know how to keep my cash reserves well in my wealth building. Well. And so when some stuff went sideways, I, I was just struggling kind of doggy paddle and keep my head above water. Well, fortunately I had built a portfolio.

And so I thought, well, gosh, you know, I’ve got the assets, I’ve got the net worth, I’ll just sell some stuff and when I went to sell some stuff to get liquidity, desperation, you know, I talk about operating with urgency but not desperation. So I got an offer from these guys for some of my properties. And, by the way, always, always, always because of the real estate attorney.

And so the attorneys are working on the documents. I’m selling, 39 of my rental houses, and I’m I’m in good shape. I’m going to net just over a million bucks. I’m supposed to get $1,050,000 down and finance the rest. I’m giddy. I never had $1 million net liquid before. And so I’m going, this will solve all my cash challenges like we are good.

And so as time drags on, a few months goes by and we have all the due diligence, my attorneys wasn’t quite ready and I start getting pressure from the buyers of like, just sign all the docs, just sign all the docs will do this because this is going to happen if we don’t do this. And the whole the whole desperation story.

So me being too trusting at times, I signed all the docs and the deeds and everything like an idiot without my attorney’s approval and the million 50,000 never showed up. And so now my already cash tight position goes to cash type position -$30,000 a month on my rent row. Plus still having all these mortgages that I got to make sure somehow get paid because they weren’t paid off.

And all these documents signing. But the deeds were stupid. I know somebody listening to this going, why’d you do this? I it was the closing. It was supposed to all happen and and it didn’t happen. And you know, anybody in my superior at that time come to me and said I’m going to X, should I? I would have said, heck no.

But sometimes we can’t see the forest for the trees. So stupid mistake. Lose over 3 million bucks. Now, you know getting litigation, trying to get this mess cleaned up and fixed, still doing deals so I can pay the mortgages and pay that now growing bills and pay the attorney’s fees and pay the crop and survive. Take care of the people around me.

And I’m looking, frankly didn’t want to live no more. I hated my life. I hated the business. Like I think at that point, if you gave me a contract and said, I’ll pay you $10 an hour the rest of your life, and I’ll take this mess off of your plate like you just can never do this again. Like I would have signed up, bro.

Like $10 an hour. Count me and stupid. Thank God nobody made me that stupid offer. But that’s where my mind was. I hated it, I was over it and I think somebody’s listening to this. Like you’ve probably been in the place where it’s like, you know, I’m over this business. Like I’m over doing business. Maybe it’s with family, maybe it’s with friends.

Maybe it’s all sorts of challenges. And it was in that season. You know, I’m a firm believer that if we ask, it shows up and I’m a I just start going like, I can just one day at a time. I just got to get through today. And so long story short, I come back around and I start cleaning that up step at a time.

In that season, I met who’s now my best friend and my business partner. We decided we would launch some, companies together. We first started buying houses together, and people kept coming to us. Some people had gotten word, some of the crap I’d endured asking, like, how’d you survive that? How, you know, how have you done hundreds of deals?

And so people were coming and asking and asking. And so we, just started sitting in and Barcelona one night, we were sitting there talking about, like, what? What do we want to build? Like, how do we how do we build and again, long story short, we decided to launch a community of a bunch of heart driven entrepreneurs to help them do what I wish I would have done in those first seven years of constant hustle and weeding, so that we get to live our mission and purpose now and every day where we are.

And so that’s how Trucco was born. So let me let me pick up on a few things there. Because you said a couple things in there. Number one, this sort of, this mentality of I’ll be happy or I’ll be able to win, which which I it resonates a lot because it’s something that, myself and my business partners have always absolutely rejected.

Like, I should have the best life I can now because, you know, and that’s against a lot of entrepreneurial instincts where people are like, I gotta grind, I gotta hustle, you know? It’ll be fine when I get that. But the problem with that is you think it’ll be fine when it gets here, but then by the time you get there, that goalpost is changed.

And. Yeah. And it’s an ever moving target. So do you think that your do you think that the attitude the or the, the belief in the, in rejecting the I’ll be happy when or I’ll be able to when mentality do you think of that comes from hitting that like kind of brutality of like of losing that of, you know, losing all of that.

Those deals or the properties of of the 3 million of the, you know, or the 1 million in cash and, and all of that, do you think that it’s come, came out of that or did you feel does it come from somewhere else? So you know, we talk about holistic success. We talk about the eight categories of life.

And that’s where, when, when Leo and I started, chatting about business, like I said, we started doing deals together, and we just really became brothers. He’s kind of the little brother I never had. And he started asking me questions when I would make a comment like, why did you say that? You know, because I had these limiting beliefs of like, yeah, well, I can’t do that yet because X when this closes I can x, y, y and I’m like, I don’t know.

I just can’t till then. And so he really started to break through those limiting beliefs. And there was a series of mentors and people around me. I think I can I have in the past tended to be very hard headed and, and very stubborn is probably the right word. And so while I think, you know, I had this belief that if you get the lesson from maybe one day you’re going sideways, then you don’t have to have the the 39 deals go sideways.

And, and so the takeaway for me was get the lesson faster because God’s really awesome. He’ll let you retake the test over and over and over again to you pass. And that’s what was happening to me during that season because looking back, it’s like, oh crap, I should have seen that here. I should have seen that here. Except I was living in this, in this ability without reflection.

And I think so many people, this is my experience. I got so caught up in just the doing that I didn’t constantly go back to the reflection of why the heck am I doing? Like, yeah, you done a bunch of deals. Cool. Why? Well, I want to give. Cool. Did you give this week? Well. Not yet. Well, then do it.

Shoot. Buy some coffee for the guy in the coffee shop behind you. Give already. And so just really pulling the future back to now. And I know that’s probably sounds a little woowoo, but it’s like, if you want to take international trip, ask yourself, what’s that going to cost? And put it on the calendar. You say, well, I can’t yet.

Cool. Put a date on the calendar and set yourself an objective. I’m going to wholesale two deals between now and then, and then I’m going to go like when I started doing that and moving everything closer to me immediately my life got ten times better for the same work I was already doing. Because if you know a high income skill, if you know how to create value in the marketplace, you get paid in direct accordance.

The value you create. If you know how to create value, there is no reason for you to wait to live the life that you desire or give back like you desire, or do the outreach that you desire or serve people like you desire. Because all you have to do is take the value you’re creating and make sure it’s feeding what you’re called to do.

Now, I’m sorry to interrupt this amazing conversation, but I wanted to make sure you knew that smartphone, the only phone system built for real estate investors, connects to the best in class real estate. Invest in CRM. And because as its my show and I am co-founder and chairman of smrtPhone, I got some great deals for you. Click the link make take advantage of 5000 minutes free calling with smartphone.

The only phone system built for real estate investors. Click and call close. More leads back to the show. You know, it makes me think I was talking to a guy and I suspect we both know him. But out of respect, I’m not going to name his name because it’s not really fair to name, but I spent I was he’s a relatively new entrepreneur now.

I’ve, I’ve been doing this game for my whole adult life, pretty much. You know, I did my postgraduate in about five years, right? The the PhD is not for me. Right. And and so I’ve been I’ve been in business for myself for probably about 20 years. Yeah. And so at this point I’ve got so many scars on my back from 20 years that I like very, very little.

That fazes me. At this point. But I was talking to this guy and, and, you know, he was he was in that sort of flat out hustle, kind of like, and, and and we were talking about his health because he was he was ignoring his health. He was ignoring his mental well-being, his physical well-being.

And I sort of I said, look, man, you I remember saying to him, you know, you got to be kinder to yourself because, because you’ve if you’ve got the capability. Right. Not everybody is really good at X. Not everybody’s really good at making money or building businesses like that. But if you are, then you are your own biggest limitation.

I think in many ways. And if you’re not kind yourself, if you’re not, reflective as to your point, you know, self-reflective, I think you can put your head down and barrel and you’re going to end up taking your head up and realizing you’ve been barreling in the wrong direction. And that and that really hurts. And that’s sort of that as you were speaking.

That’s what it kind of popped out to me. You know, I talk about and that’s a really good point, Jordan, because I talk a lot about seasons of hustle, you know, because all my fellow workaholics, we know how to work hard sometimes. That’s our that’s our pride. Right? Like, I woke up at four and I didn’t quit work until 12 p.m., like, I, I woke up before I did two hours in the gym.

I did that, I did, yes. And and it’s almost a badge of honor. Except the economy doesn’t care about your level of work. It cares about your level of value created. And I think when we moved to the entrepreneurial world, sometimes we’re still taking that work real hard mentality. And then we get more real hard work and then we work real hard.

And that was me. And something that changed that for me was two things. One, weekly reflection. Every morning I wake up most mornings is somewhere around 4 or 5. I wake up early, start my day right, chug a bottle of water. I say, thank you, God, it’s going to be a good day. I’m saying that because I’m letting myself know, no matter if it’s a great day or it kind of sucks today, no matter if somebody calls me and tells me something I don’t want to hear, or somebody calls me and tells me great news, it’s going to be a good day.

I’m alive, I got food, I got water, thank you God. And so I look at life that way. And having been blessed and thank you God, above what I could have ever imagined being a country boy, raised in the country and now building wealth for years, doing hundreds of deals, you know, sitting in the California home like this was a dream to me five years ago.

I couldn’t fathom that this would even be possible. And so being able to really live that that dream and that vision, it all starts with weekly reflection for me. So every week I go, what did I do this week that worked? And how do I better plan the week ahead to where it will work? Right? How do I better plan the week ahead so that I’m not caught in a loop?

Looking up at the end of the week on crap, that was a long week, but what did I even accomplish? Intentional. If you take a notes, write it down, become intentional. If you’re driving, just remember it. So for for everyone listening to this, that intentionality set for me. And so there’s still seasons like right now we are creating a new a new thing.

And Leah and I sit down at the beginning of the year and we said, hey, the second quarter, we’re going to create this thing, and we’re going to put in some long days. It’s what we’re going to do. We’re in a season of hustle and, doing weekly podcast for this season. We, we have podcast days, we have building days.

We have a team. We have a real estate portfolio where restart we have all of these projects moving. And I know I got a lot of work to do. So I’m in about a 90 day season of really strong hustle right now. We’re hosting live events. We got a lot of stuff going. Team build outs come along about June, we’ll probably go on an international trip and we’ll have an incredible time.

We’ll still be working, sure, but we’ll be able to to pause and reflect. And so just being intentional, saying, hey, I don’t mind working hard, that doesn’t scare me because if you, you know, you gotta go make some money. You can’t just not do anything. But I don’t mind working hard, but it’s for intention, for a purpose, and it’s making sure it’s serving that purpose every single day.

I think that’s a really great point. And and actually, I think it’s really time, you know, I think it’s, I think it’s timely right now as well, because I think that how to put this in the right way, you know, we are in a, if you’re in real estate. Right. If you, and we both, we both although we do a lot of work in other sectors and we look at these things, real estate has been a primary factor for me for the last decade.

And if I think about people getting into real estate right now, it’s a weird market. It’s not necessarily a bad market all the time at all, but it’s weird and and where you had stability for a long time and you could sort of, you know, you could fix and, you know, you could flip houses. And at some point over the last five years, it didn’t matter really, even how badly you screwed up that that rehab because you, you know, you could have you could have screwed up every part of this and you still make money.

Yeah. That’s not true anymore. And people are having to, you know, people are having to readjust to a to a to an a time when what has always worked may not be working in the same way. And you may need to think different ways. And I think this your what you’re saying is also is is a timely kind of reminder because, reflection, isn’t just self-reflection on your, you know, on, on even your own beliefs or your life, but sometimes it’s of self-reflection on, your approach, your focus and, and and and now is a good time to not just blindly run, but to be reflective about what, you know, what am I trying to achieve? Why am I doing this? What am I past success to gain what I really want, which is not necessarily just do as many houses as I can or or do, you know, whatever. It’s a good time to do that because you’re going to probably have to. You’re going to have to be more flexible right now.

And flexibility is not necessarily a strength. If all you’re doing is barreling towards the way you’ve always done, things are the way you think things should have always been done. Absolutely. And I think that’s an excellent point. Because if we can position ourself, I talk a lot about position ourself for success. And part of that is asking myself like, what am I doing with my time?

Like, am I actually building the life I want to build because so many people build themselves traps and especially in real estate, you know, they go build a portfolio and then they realize, oh crap, I got to manage this right now. I got I got 100 tenants that are that are breathing down my neck. And I got to figure out to do this.

Absolutely. And I think, you know, being cognizant, being real with ourself because I think it’s so easy. You know, many people get caught up in being actually very negative, people. I was raised around sometimes is like, no money don’t grow on trees now. It’s too good to be true. It probably all of these negative things that constantly self-sabotage.

And then we have our our starry eyed entrepreneurship. Sometimes it comes along and goes, I’ll buy 100 houses and I won’t have to manage them. I don’t know how. And that was, that was me and I share that because I think there’s a beauty in surrounding. And this comes back to surrounding yourself by the right people, which is what I know your community does.

Jordan, is we surround ourself constantly by winners. That’s how we know each other’s. We’re in a mastermind together and we say, what do we need to do to put ourselves in the rooms to yes, for us, we make a sizable investment every year to be in rooms. I’m a part of three masterminds every single year, and I go, okay, what do I need to do to put myself in the room with other people who have done what I am working to do and gotten a result that I want, so they can help me identify the pitfalls I’m about to run into from a realistic perspective.

Because too many people are listening to broke. People tell them how to get rich, and they’re going out on the internet, and somebody who’s never bought a house in their life is going, be careful. My uncle in 1992 lost money on a flip, so you shouldn’t flip. You might lose money or whatever the thing may be, and suddenly they’re self-sabotage in themselves.

A game changer for us all. And if this is the only thing you get from this podcast, it is ask great questions. Because the better questions we ask, the better, the better our lives become. I think that’s a that’s really wonderful. I and, you know, to your point, I and I think again and this is this is actually going to be a nice segue because I want to learn a bit more about your community and your, you know, the things that you and Lee are doing because because I think, to your point of being in the room and, and kind of upskilling yourself, you and I are in a, in a, in a we share a mastermind together. And if I, if I add up all the, the, the costs you know, given I have to  travel from Europe to be in the room, and, and I’m in three masterminds myself like you for, I probably spend $150,000 a year or more, $200,000 a year to be in, in these rooms.

And it’s not just about money. It’s about. It’s about my, it’s about surrounding myself with people who are going to challenge me, in the best way, who inspire me in the best way. Hold me to account on, you know, my behaviors or my actions or my decisions, you know, and and if you have that, you can’t help but improve and your performance is going up, go up.

If you’re trying to fight these battles, if you think you know everything and you don’t, no need to be in these rooms, then you are limiting yourself massively because someone’s always smarter, someone’s always going to have done things and someone’s always going to give you a perspective you never thought of that could absolutely change your life. Yeah. And you, you know, everyone here has probably heard it said, but if you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re the wrong room.

Get another room. Yeah. And I think that that’s that’s the philosophy that, you know, in 2014 when I found real estate investing, that’s immediately what I started doing. How do I level myself out now? I was raised at a town of outsider town of less than 400 people. Like, I didn’t know what a mastermind was. I didn’t know what a seminar was.

And so when I started surrounding myself by winners, it was foreign to me. But now I realize everything I do look through my phone, contacts, everyone my closest friends have all came from the fact my my business partner and my best friend came from the fact that I was in a room at a conference in Key West, Florida.

And so when you just surround yourself by winners, whether it’s friendships, whether it’s connections, whether it’s money or just growth or, frankly, enjoyment of life, you know, there’s something to be said for enjoyment of life. And if all that that room does for me. And so I would say be very intentional, know what you need. You know, if you’re needing to improve your relationship in your marriage, you know, that’s that’s one room.

If you’re needing to buy more single family houses, that’s another room. If you’re needing to expand your your holistic wealth and your net worth. And so really making sure you’re intentional to say, okay, what’s the thing I’m needing to accomplish in this season? And then how do I put myself around the right people who can help me do that?

And that’s again what we strive for. I know I’m not everyone’s cup of tea, but we attract an incredible group of people and it TrueCar, that’s what we do, is we just we host live events, we host masterminds, and we just bring cool people together. Well, let’s let’s talk about truth now because, you know, there there are.

I was reading up beforehand, and, you know, you guys have a lot of a lot of, I don’t want to say masterminds, but a lot of community builder people like yourselves. Your your your focus very much on the outcome when you’re set, when you’re kind of presenting your, your, your community and your programs and how you engage with people.

And you guys do that, but you you focus way more on that whole it on, on the life, on, on, on on the, the, the holistic kind of approach and on, on the well-rounded, I want to say, well-rounded more than anything else because we, you know, the best life you can live, in my opinion, is a well-rounded one, right?

Is, yeah, one that is traveled and and tries cultures in food and and arts and music and any and fine and tries things. I want to be someone who tries things. Not someone who who says no to things. So, when you guys did this, you know, who are the ideal people who can who should be kind of engaging with you?

And what is it? What is the thing that they really coming looking for in the moment? So we have two categories, the people we started serving and who I just love hanging out with are the people who have done deals. They have a business vehicle of some sort, whether it’s CPA to, income or wholesalers or something, and they want to build wealth and have fun doing it.

You know, a lot of the people that come in our community, I don’t, I don’t preach weight loss, but I lost 45 pounds a few years ago. And if somebody comes in and they’re struggling with their weight, it’s like, drink more water, move more. If nothing else, you’ll feel better, right? And so we talk about that of like, how are we consistently growing and learning?

I’m the guy who was working day and night and never traveled because I will one day. And so we constantly encourage our community. Yes, you have to build wealth, but it’s set yourself an objective. If I if I add 100 K to my net worth in the next X amount of weeks, I’m going to go on a trip to X that cost four grand.

Like, whatever. The thing is, just have fun with it. And so it really is holistic success. Making sure we’re connected to the right people. We have the right connections. We’re building our wealth. We we’re creating environments that we enjoy working in. You know, because there’s a big difference between working somewhere where you don’t enjoy where there’s negative intention versus a room you do enjoy.

And so it’s just holistic success and wealth building is how we started. Since then, of course, as I started with cash vehicles wholesaling, Leo started couch flipping and and clothing brands and all the things back in his hustle days as a young entrepreneur and so we do have a cash building side. We talk about how do you create cash so that you can actually go and build wealth without being stressed the heck out?

But, our forte is helping people build wealth and a life they love. And if they need cash, let’s get you some cash. In the beginning, because I used to think money was hard. And I realize now money is math. Just add value to the marketplace. And I know it sounds super broad, but you find a path and start following it.

You find somebody who’s done it and duplicate what they did. You probably going to get a similar result. Okay, money is actually pretty easy to make less, but like money is pretty easy to make. But creating the best the life that you want. Yeah. As has had I want I don’t want to say it has nothing to do with money because you, you know, I as someone who’s been up against the wall with no money, that, you know, having no money is no fun.

And it’s stressful. It’s the worst in the world, right? Like there is no greater stress within a particular if you’ve got a business with employees, then being up against the wall with nothing in the bank and payroll. Right. That’s. So I had that experience. I don’t want it again. So I don’t want to pretend like money’s not really important part of it.

Of course it is. If, you know, if you’re going to do the things you need money. Money’s not that hard to make. Really. But understanding what you value in your life and understanding the things, you know, the last year or a year and a half ago, my business partner, one of my business partners, got his yachting, license.

And so, we took off for my family. His family, took off for a week in the Greek islands on a yacht together where he was, the skipper and we we, you know, our two families just tooled around the Greek islands for a week. We occasionally talked business to to write it off, but but, but but the truth is, we had a great old time.

And that’s because, to your point, we we’d already figured out or we’d already figured out that there were things that we really cared about and, and that’s the hard bit. Making the money is usually the easy bit. So true. So, listen, let’s, let’s, let’s kind of I usually close out by, figuring out how can people get in contact with you, what is the best way?

And of course, if someone’s listening to this and it does resonate, you know, what’s the, you know, what’s the type of person that’s going to be able to to to work with you and Leo and enter into your special community? Yeah. If you want to find out more, just look me up on Facebook, Andrew Flag or on YouTube.

Andrew Flag, go to true Gedcom TrueCar A.com. And you can see kind of who we are and what we do, but we just like working with winners and helping them win more. And I know that again, that sounds super broad. My background and expertise and and doing real estate for the last 12 years, especially creative, you know, we have a 208 unit development going at a 66 unit mobile home park, you know, all sorts of different deals over the years.

But my bread and butter has always been single family houses. And Leo’s background mastering sells and personal branding is incredible. And so if that sounds interesting to you, come check us out. And, if you’re a winner, who wants to win more? Well, who knows, we should connect that as well. AG, thank you so much for joining us.

It’s actually genuine pleasure to talk to you. And, I’ll make sure all those links go, the, the team puts all those links into the descriptions and everywhere they go, please do, hit up Andrew and take a look at TrueCar. It’s, I’ve already taken a look. So I know, you know, the focus of it.

And I think it’s definitely worth looking at, particularly if if you are at the point where you’re trying to figure out, am I really happy with this stuff? Yeah, I think that’s the key, because a lot of guys are hustling and they’re not necessarily hustling with happiness. And isn’t that way more important. And I just want to say thank you.
